What time should I arrive?

We recommend you arrive as early as possible as we are expecting a queue. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis.

 

Do I need tickets?

No tickets required. Just turn up!

 

What is the percentage of discount?

Items will be marked between 50% - 80% off.

 

Can I try on?

There will be no changing room facilities available, this is to avoid unnecessary further queuing and delays. We recommend reviewing our size guide before the day. You are welcome to try items on over clothing on the shop floor. Staff members on the day can also advise accordingly.

 

How do I pay?

We will be accepting both card and cash payments.

 

Can I return items?

All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges or returns.

 

How can I get there?

The location is a 20-minute walk from Moorfields Street train station (0.9 mi) via Old Hall St and Great Howard St/A565. Various bus routes are also available with bus stops nearby. If you are planning to drive, we would advise checking for suitable parking locations ahead of travelling.
