Refund policy
We have a free 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return to us for a full refund.
To start a return, either come into store were online order returns are accepted or use the following link to create your free returns label:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For exchanges, you have 28 days after receiving your item to visit our store to exchange for a different product or credit note.
International Returns
Please note that we do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside of the UK. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for international orders.
Returned items must be sent back using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred when returning an item are also the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with our returns policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Extended Christmas Returns Period
The festive season’s all about giving (and maybe a little treating yourself, too). To keep things easy, we’ve extended our returns policy so you can shop stress-free this Christmas.
Anything you pick up online or in-store between Friday, 14th November 2025 and Wednesday, 25th December 2025 can be returned until Friday, 9th January 2026.
Plenty of time to swap sizes, switch styles, or find something you really love.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
