CHRISTMAS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Get into the festive spirit with Christmas shopping, worry-free! We understand that sometimes plans change, so we're extending our regular returns policy to give you extra flexibility this holiday season.
In addition to our standard Returns policy anything bought instore and online from 8th November 2024 to 24th December 2024 can be returned for a full refund up until Tuesday 7th January 2025.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
We have a Free 14 day Returns Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return to us for a full refund. Items returned to us outside of the 14 day window will only be eligible for a credit note if returned and received by us within 28 days from delivery of your order.
Any returns outside of these windows will not be accepted.

Request a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For exchanges, you have 28 days after receiving your item to visit our store to exchange for a different product or credit note.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
